Application Development Lead (Full-stack Java) Job Opening in Janesville, Wisconsin - We are seeking an Application Development Lead to become an integral part of our client's team in Janesville, Wisconsin! You will lead a development team while remaining hands-on to develop and code for various projects in order to advance software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of software developers on projects, enhancements to existing software, and to help drive the company's overall mission goals.
Develop and expand features and products using a variety of programming languages
Review project requirements and write technical specifications
Debug, test, and fix errors
Document code development and revisions
Create and use software tools to help automate writing code
Qualifications:
Previous experience in programming, software development, or other related fields
Hands-on knowledge and experience developing using Java, PHP, or other programming languages
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
