Bookkeeping/Accounting Position Job Opening in North Liberty, Iowa - Position
Corridor Kitchens, located in North Liberty, IA, is a kitchen and bath dealer who has worked with homeowners and contractors in the surrounding area for the past 15 years. Applications are being accepted for a position.
What you will be doing:
Financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks software, including payroll and tax payments
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve deposit discrepancies
Manage workflow processes and communicate with management on a regular basis
Communicate both verbally and electronically with vendors, sub-contractors and customers
Order supplies and other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Business/accounting degree or bookkeeping experience required
High degree of attention to detail
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Self-motivated and possess excellent time-management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office required and QuickBooks software preferred
This position will be between 30-40 hours/week. Compensation will vary upon experience.
