At Patio Enclosures, Inc. of Raleigh, we are poised for aggressive growth in the sales and installation of our exclusive brands Patio EnclosuresTM sunrooms, along with a variety of other complementary product lines.
Our Design Consultants run company generated leads to design, present and price our home improvement solutions in the privacy and comfort of our client?s homes. Strong presentation skills, exceptional customer service and attention to detail combined with the ability to communicate the value of our exceptional quality products and services are the components necessary to be successful.
This position has an eight week training base salary, with biweekly reviews to assess your progress, then transitions to full, uncapped commission. Unlimited earning await a highly motivated candidate with a great attitude and the ability to close sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Daily travel with a defined territory to conduct in-home presentations of our products and services
Run sales appointments on weekdays: morning, afternoon and evenings; as well as Saturday mornings and afternoons.
Follow-up with potential customers to assist with the sales process
Work lead generating activities such as home shows and other events
Achieve sales goals as established by the company
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Minimum of one year face-to face customer sales experience
Experience in the home improvement industry is strongly desired
Familiarity with the construction process with an eye for detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Top-notch presentation skills
Results driven with the ability to sell value over price
Excellent organization skills
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
