Claims and Customer Services/ Sales Position Job Opening in High Point, North carolina - This full time Sales (Non-Management) and Customer Service position will include data entry, general customer services, Sales Order Entry, and claims. This position requires an open mind, willing attitude, and sales focused individual with a passion for furniture and excellent work ethic. The ability to work well with many different types of clients and coworkers is key to this role. On a daily basis we work with Microsoft Outlook, Quick Books, and Excel. Computer and Office experience is necessary. Experience in the Furniture Industry is Preferred.
The Day to Day office tasks include:
Sales Order Entry using Quick Books
Allocating product using Excel
Answering Incoming Sales & Customer Service Calls
Gathering Payments and releasing order for shipping
Processing Claims with positive attitude and ability to use abstract problem solving
Mailing Samples and General Administrative Duties
Supportive Role to our lead Sales, NY Showroom, and Claims Team
Quarterly Tasks:
Work Trade Shows as necessary
