Entry Level Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Des Plaines, Illinois - This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and (optimistically) become a permanent employee with a large and established freight forwarder in the greater O'hare area. They are looking for quick thinkers, fast learners, and especially those with a Veteran's background.
The environment will be conducive to learning and making you the best you can be.
Responsibilities would include, but no limited to the following:
Bank Reconciliations
Journal Entries
Basic AR/AP functions
Working hours: 40 hours a week
Skills:Qualified individuals must possess the following:
Great attention to detail
Accounting Experience (either AR or AP)
Experience using an Accounting System
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Veteran - Served in the military in any capacity
