Service Sales Manager Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER - Trustworthy mechanical repair shop, modern 10 bay facility. Applicant "must" be outgoing with polished phone skills related to the automotive repair industry and service sales! Computer literate with good typing and Technical writing skills are vital! Must have an understanding of MS products and the internet. This job entails dealing with customers and employee's, selling necessary repairs and parts. Writing service is "sales"; it is building relationships with customers. Applicant must have 2 years "Service Writer experience!
The person we hire must be able to manage and multi-task, think quickly and have experience in and understand basic mechanical car repairs and parts sales. Industry education is provided with 1 evening class per month. Looking for long term employee with a track record and experience to join our family of professional staff. ASE certification a plus but can come after hiring. Pay depending on experience and is salary plus percentage of shop production.
