Sales Development Rep Manager Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Job Duties
Daily verbal encouragement and support for Sales Development Reps (SDRs).
Draft and send weekly report to Director on SDR KPI?s.
Design, draft and revise scripts as needed.
Run SDR team meeting.
Be available to answer questions.
Be expert on Lavu POS system.
Recruit, interview and hire as needed.
Train new team members
Review and approve time (hourly) attendance.
Review and critique calls for accuracy and improvement.
Proactively identify need for additional headcount based on key indicators.
Create and document processes that structure regular team activity.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Able to create meeting agenda and manage time and resources in meeting.
Data analysis and interpretation.
On your feet critical thinker.
Sales and marketing creativity ? verbal and written communication.
Effectively manage small team of people.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salesforce a plus.
Able to juggle multiple projects.
1+ year managing outbound call center representatives.
High School diploma.
People skills ? specifically being approachable and patient.
