Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - The Holiday Inn East (Kellogg & Rock) is hiring for a Sales Coordinator. This position answers phones, greets visitors and provides information as requested for the sales office. Distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing correspondence including shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Maintains sales office files and ensures that sales office is kept neat and clean and that the business center is fully stocked. Prepares sales reports as directed. Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms. Finalizes Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and rooming lists for functions. Conducts property tours and handles transportation requests. Makes up sales kits and client gifts and sends out thank you letters. Our team is built of professional, guest oriented individuals. Prior office experience is needed.
