Trainer Rx () is a Cloud based HIPAA compliant consumer-facing software platform that provides an innovative solution for healthcare providers who treat musculoskeletal injury. Running on all mobile and fixed platforms, this highly intuitive and engaging program is diagnosis specific. With over 1700 HD exercise and educational videos and 145 surgical and non-surgical pathways, Trainer Rx is designed to encourage patient accountability by delivering individualized rehabilitation instructions with step-by-step guidance from injury through recovery.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Adoption Specialist is responsible for assisting in the adoption process of Trainer Rx within the clinic and hospital setting. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the customers and partnering with your local sales representatives to support the implementation process into the customers? workflow. You will become the clinical champion for the customer during the planning, implementation and education process of Trainer Rx.
PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
This position is responsible for the promotion, management and growth of Trainer Rx in hospitals and office settings.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and supporting physician and practice adoption in the clinical setting.
Interacting with healthcare providers with practice flow while implementing new technology into their routine.
Comprehensive knowledge the platform, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines as well as the ability to deliver the information in a selling environment.
Effective administrative skills.
Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.
Desire to be self- motivated, seeking out success at achieving both short and long term goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
Certified Athletic Trainers are strongly encouraged to apply
The ideal candidate will be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of two years implementation or customer support experience
