Actively participate in small to med-size projects, both short and long term, to be completed within the designated time frames and in a professional manner. Liaise with project stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Assist with the development of project activities aimed at meeting project goals within set timeframes. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, or refer the issues to the stakeholders and project members for next steps. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS:
Must have a bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or project management.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have strong computer skills with a board knowledge of software packages.
Medical experience helpful, particularly as related to Medical Terminology, knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS Coding.
