Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Spring Lake, North carolina - Accounting Assistant needed for Golf Course community. Primary responsibilities will include A/R and A/P processing. Applicant must have an extensive knowledge with the QuickBooks Pro accounting software and Microsoft Office. Although the position is described as part-time, applicant may be needed on a full-time basis during peak times of the month, and may ultimately turn in to a full-time position permanently.
Secondary responsibilities may include assisting Controller with the preparation of payroll, to include monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll report processing.
