Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Do you have a minimum of 5 years Bookkeeping experience? Are you an expert in QuickBooks? Location: Near San Antonio Airport
Pay rate: $22-$25 per hour
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for general bookkeeping
Process payroll, prepare 941s, etc.
Day to day payables
Take full ownership of the A/R department
Create bills to pay; record liabilities
Create and issue invoices to customers
Ensure that receivables are collected promptly by corresponding with clients and resolving outstanding issues
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
Monthly reconciliation
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Working hours: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Skills:QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years Bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN QUICKBOOKS FOR US TO CONSIDER YOU FOR THIS POSITION: QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Posted and QuickBooks Enterprise
Strong Excel skills REQUIRED
Ability to comply with local, state and federal government reporting
Experience with payroll and preparing 941's
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; will frequently deal with management, department leads and clients
