We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and computer skills and the desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
The ideal candidate will assist in building on our existing client database and any new prospects.
Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative , under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for successful sales and customer service of C-Tech training products and services.
This position has the option to either work remotely from home or in the office. Company requirements will have to be met.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct daily telephone and e-mail contacts with existing customers and prospective clients
Provide customer service for current clients and upselling accounts through phone, e-mail, presentations, and white mail
Maintain pertinent prospect and customer information and sales activities information to be included in existing account management database
Customer/Prospect meetings and presentations via Webinars in our Studio
Communicate daily with Customer Service Manager on all sales status and any related issues
Collaboration with our Outside Sales and Marketing Teams on any department projects
Additional duties to be assigned by management
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a Customer Service and Sales role (1 to 3 years)
Excellent phone and e-mail skills
Strong time management skills
Robust Computer skills
Prior presentation and or webinar experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
Prior Outbound and Inbound calling experience
Ability to multi task
