Retail Call Center Representative - Full or Part Time Job Opening in Vancouver, Washington - GiftTree - Local internet gifting company is looking for a few bright additions to our already great Customer Service team. Applicants must have the ability to organize and prioritize work, while keeping a positive attitude and providing the best possible service to our established and growing vendor and customer base.
Here's what we're looking for:
Full or Part Time position (25-40 hours) that has an opportunity to move to an at-home position after 3 months in office if you meet all GiftTree requirements.
Position will move to Full Time with required Overtime during the month of December and 3 weeks around Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other special days determined by GiftTree.
Must be able to work weekends and evenings (schedule will be a combination of both)
Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications:
Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, progressive sales experience a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills, along with accurate typing/spelling
Strong phone presence for inbound and outbound call center
Ability to multi-task and extreme attention to detail
Must be internet savvy and be able to exceed productivity expectations.
Will need to possess some technical problem solving skills and be adaptive to change
Must display Teamwork, Ownership and Passion 100% of the time
Punctuality is IMPORTANT!
This position will begin as temporary, but can develop into a permanent position for the right person that exceeds our minimum training requirements.
Our call center shifts range from Monday-Saturday, 5am to 6pm, with the possibility of some Sundays. Holidays will require hours outside these times. Applicants should be open to a majority, if not all, of these shifts and available to work required overtime during holiday periods.
