Practice Administrator Job Opening in Reno, Nevada - SpineNevada is seeking a Practice Administrator to direct practice management activities to include operations for all aspects of our growing multidisciplinary center for spine and musculoskeletal care. We desire a Practice Administrator with the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Manage daily activities of multi-specialty physician offices to achieve efficient office operations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.
Involvement in development, review, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, and objectives.
Interview, select, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and recommend termination of assigned employees.
Develop and obtain approval for budgets (capital equipment, supplies, and expenses, and staffing) for multiple specialty practice
Strong financial analysis skills; knowledge of federal & state guidelines are expected.
Collaborate with CEO and physicians to ensure practice is managed according to established standards.
Supervise medical records maintenance.
Overlook entry of charges, procedure codes, payments, and patient demographic information.
Involved in accounts receivable management to ensure maximum reimbursement.
End of month payables, calculating provider compensation and working with payroll company
5 years of experience in healthcare administration.
