Full-stack Software Engineer Job Opening in New York, New york - We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer who can own our multi-platform products from concept to production. You'll be designing an enterprise platform whose goal is to bring eye-health into the modern era. You should be well-versed in Java, Postgres, Play, and Angular.
Our product makes it possible to administer vision exams anywhere in the world at a fraction of the cost by using machine vision and learning to improve the way vision data is captured and analyzed. You will be at the forefront of this new technology working with the patent holders and inventors of this new method. Salary is commensurate with experience (Max $130,000)
You will:
- Contribute heavily to the development of our telemedical platform
- Develop high-performance, highly scalable web applications
- Work on a cross-functional team where you?ll play a critical role in design, planning, development, and deployment
You should:
- Have 3+ years experience developing web applications using the Play framework
- Be comfortable working in Postgres
- Be familiar with AWS
- Have a solid understanding of AngularJS, HTML and CSS
- Hold at least a Bachelors in Computer Science
