WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS: The Inbound Sales Representative scheduled shift is 5:30pm to 12am Monday-Sunday. Days OFF are to be determined by manager. The Inbound Sales Representatives are expected to work all scheduled shifts during these times as well as holiday shifts based on the schedule.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing IHG guests information on all vacation packages that we have to offer at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Agents must make guests aware of the package details, verify guest demographics, determine package eligibility, sell vacation packages, and assist guests in booking reservations for their vacation packages. Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing. Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information. Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures. Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Sell the qualifying guest vacation packages over the phone while adhering to the approved script
Assist guest with any questions or concerns about the vacation properties
Determine that the IHG guest meets qualification standards for our marketing packages

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Completion of higher education and/or one semester of college courses.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of sales experience required
Call center sales in the industry preferred
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proficient in utilizing and navigating computer programs and the ability to learn new software
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor when dealing with all guests and co-workers
Must be able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
Must be able to maintain required sales percentage per week
Must be enthusiastic and energetic
Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORKING CONDITIONS The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment, but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS the Call Center operation hours are Monday through Sunday. Days OFF will be determined by manager. Inbound Vacation Sales Agents are expected to work all scheduled shifts during these times as well as holiday shifts based on the schedule provided by the management team.
