Staff Accountant Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - This position directly contributes to the accurate and timely generation of financial results of the T&F department by recording, classifying, examining and analyzing data and records of financial transactions. Adherence to strict monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines is essential.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts, daily review and correction of exceptions and complex interaction with third party system. * Recording of day to day financial transactions. * Assist in the reconciliation of subledgers which may include, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing. * Ad hoc analysis as requested. * Maintain desk procedures and identify opportunities to streamline workflow. * Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or related field. * Four years of work related experience required. * Must be knowledgeable of accounting principles and general ledger procedures. * Must be able to work independently and possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL
