Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - We are looking for a bookkeeper to start immediately. The qualified applicant must have advanced knowledge of all factors of the accounting department. Must have experience working with multiple companies in a fast pace environment. * 5 years related experience minimum
* Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office
* Record and pay accounts payable
* Invoicing from customers
* Create financial statements and related financial reports
* Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
* Reconcile multiple bank accounts and petty cash accounts
* Collect information as needed for the annual audit
* Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
* All other job duties as assigned This is a full-time, in-house position, with benefits after 90 days
