Staff Development Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - Now Hiring A Staff Development Coordinator at the Arlington Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Birmingham, AL. To direct in-service educational programs in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
Assist in developing, establishing and maintaining the objectives, policies, procedures and in-service training programs in each department; maintain reports, class attendance records and subject records.
Assist in new-hire orientations. Assist the staff in understanding their duties and improving their performance by identifying, correcting and improving problem areas and services and encourage staff participation and involvement through proper communication and presentation of programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of Secondary Education
Two years of previous experience in appropriate field
