Software Engineer Job Opening in Austin, Texas - The ideal candidate would have a strong Python development background, have experience using a server framework such as Django and have deployed code in a cloud environment.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of python server development using Django, Flask, Bottle or other python frameworks
Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies using AWS, Rackspace, etc
Ability to write unit-tested and maintainable code
Expertise working with and building a RESTful API
Ability to operate in Agile / Scrum development environments
Understanding of OOP and Data Structures and know when to apply them in your daily coding scenarios.-Message queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, etc
Background task processing (Redis, Celery, etc)-Ability to self-organize with minimal guidance/competing priorities and work effectively within a team
