CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job Opening in Franklin, Minnesota - Franklin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 46-bed skilled rehab center in Franklin, MN is recruiting for CNA candidates to become a part of our team.
The duties include but are not limited to: * Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines * Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure * Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
Qualifications & Skills: * Current CNA certification through Minnesota * Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form * Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy * Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and agents
