Sales Consultant Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - Established 27 yr old company seeking a positive, professional go-getter with a strong work ethic and integrity that is team-oriented and goal-motivated. Desire salesman with experience and contacts in the construction trades and strong sales record a plus - but will train right candidate. Experience in the hearth industry a stronger plus! High school diploma required, some college or Hvac trade school is desirable. Sales will be a mix of in house and outside sales - this includes some cold calling. Other skills required include typing up estimates, practical math skills, operating iPad, learning computer software on desktop computer and basic office skills. Good attention to detail, good communication skills and taking good care of the customer is a must. In addition to sales, must be able to pitch in to cover other areas of business when needed such as helping cover phones in peak times, lifting 70+ lbs to help move inventory and assisting in setting up showroom displays on occasion A great opportunity for the right person to learn different areas of business, variety and lots of room for growth!
