Senior Accountant Job Opening in Rowland Heights, California - It?s a great role for an experienced CPA or accountants who like to advance their professional careers. We are a quality CPA firm focuses on the applicable procedures. We are the firm having the diversity of workforce in assurance, advisory, tax, tax research, and financial audit, review and management consulting to various clients based in the San Gabriel Valley area.
Due to the continuing growth, we are currently seeking a professional manager for a fast pace and challenging work environment. The qualified candidate must have at least bachelor's degree in accounting with minimum 5 years CPA firm experience. CPA or EA credentials are preferred. The candidate must have exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking, strong people, effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently. The candidate needs to speak English and/or Mandarin/Chinese and must have integrity, honesty and ethical mentality. The candidate needs to be willing to accept and complete audit and review engagements under the system review program.
Audit responsibilities include:
. Payroll, Audit, review, and compilation engagements
. Financial statement preparation and know Quickbooks or MAS 200
. Familiar with SASs, SSAE compliance, GAAP and SSARS
. Lead team, correspondence with junior, client, partner, and review work for senior
. Willing to guide team member with an accountability attitude.
Tax responsibilities include:
. Review and preparation of tax returns including 1040, 1120, 1120S and Form 1065, 1041,
. Tax planning . Tax research . Tax compliance
. Must know Lacerte and Proseries
