System Engineer Job Opening in Peterborough, New hampshire - SoClean, Inc
SoClean Inc. was founded in July of in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, with the goal of improving the health and quality of life for those who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other sleep disorders. SoClean is presently located in Oxford, MA.
Position Details:
This position will be full-time and be located in our Peterborough, NH office. Travel to our Oxford, MA office will be required from time to time.
Description:
Will maintain IT systems and work with software engineering to ensure that all components of the system work together. Responsible for maintaining IT system up time and business continuity. The employee will be expected to write and maintain automation scripts. Work closely with our team to rectify IT issues or problems as assigned by the Team.
Must have demonstrable experience with:
Windows Server management and automation
Computer networking
Remote system administration
Linux
Windows Server and/or Linux scripting
Responsibilities:
Perform duties as required by the company and as necessary to maintain the enterprise software and IT systems
Will need to occasionally go to the office in Oxford, MA to work with IT systems on-site
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications and must haves:
Firm grasp of IT Engineering and System Administration principles
3-5years relevant work experience
Must be proficient in English
Team player who is comfortable working in a virtual environment
Motivated self-starter
Superior ?always on? work ethic a must
No outside or foreign contractors
No remote employment will be considered
Reference, background and credit checks required, as we will be operating in a PCI compliant environment
Very nice to have:
B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related field
Software engineering experience
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Previous experience with PHP, Wordpress, and mySQL
Experience with Netsuite
Boston Red Sox fan
