Requirements Great listening and sales skills. Customer Service/Retail or Sales experience. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word, excellent communications skills required. Cellular industry knowledge a plus yet not required. Full training program is provided yet must have ability to grasp technical concepts (learn of cell phones, devices, etc.. Provide good work references. Background checks done.
