Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Sales Support Job Opening in Auburn, Maine - Our busy, sales-based office needs a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. We?re looking for an energetic professional who doesn?t mind wearing multiple hats.
:
Use our procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll, banking, mail and scheduling.
Help improve client retention through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
Proofreading, Networking, Sales Support, Distribution (refilling).
Order supplies and equipment as needed.
Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development.
SKILLS:
At least an Associates degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Great computer skills (we use all Apple computers).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with fast-past environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $21,000.00 to $33,000.00 /year
