Accounting data entry. 2. Assist Controller in various accounting administrative projects. 3. Review business insurance expenditures. 4. Review monthly rent expenses. 5. Assist in month end close reconciliations. 6. Manage front desk by greeting visitors and answering phones. 7. Manage office supply inventory (ordering, receiving, storing). 8. Oversee and maintain the appearance and upkeep of the office/kitchen. 9. Sort and distribute mail. 10. Coordinate office activities. 11. Performs other clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying and shipping. 12. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: ? Detail oriented with exemplary organizational skills ?
