Perfect employee: Our ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to grow with our company by exceeding all minimum requirements,be self motivated and have the desire to learn a new be reliable ,neat in appearance and most of all be ready to work is very important that you have no criminal back round ,theft,things of that nature we work with sensitive data and can not employ anyone with these prior convictions. Compensation: Unlike most sales positions we do offer a base salary as well as from what I'm told the best benefit package in the city. Our base salary is $10.00 per hour and a bonus of $50.00 per sale after you have reached you sales quota. We pay 100% of your medical insurance and 100% of your offer matching 401 and give a $60.00 parking allowance. Experience: Experience is not mandatory,reliability is.... Training : We provide a paid 3 day training course to teach you our product ,sales techniques, we need more then experience is a reliable employee with the ability to learn our client base as well as our product.
