Job Description:
ITinspired is seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales assistant/lead generator to work in a fast paced technology and entrepreneurial environment. This role is responsible for lead generation and making sure the sales process runs like a fine tuned machine. This will include but not be limited to professionally representing ITinspired in the marketplace and generating qualified leads. The ultimate objective is for the sales assistant to set meetings for the CEO. The Sales Assistant will track all sales meetings and deals from start to close and assist with all milestones along the way (quotes and proposals, paperwork submission and editing, etc.)
This position requires an individual who is driven to learn and desires to make an impact on the ITinspired value proposition through direct first line interaction with the client and with the ITinspired CEO or partners The Sales Assistant must be detail oriented, professional and have a strong desire to turn a job into a career. You will be responsible for maximizing the CEO?s time as well as your own time in ensuring that both have the right conversations with the right people at the right time.
As would be expected, this position requires strong communication skills (both verbal and written), is unafraid to meet people, has a strong attention to detail and desires to help drive the company forward. ITinspired needs someone who understands sales, customer service and the importance of representing a company to a client.
Responsibilities
Client facing sales and lead generation
Presenting Quotes, Proposals, and client communications for the CEO is an important and timely job requirement
Maintenance of CEO calendar and sales appointment setting
Regular (daily, weekly etc) follow-up on pending deals, post sales client satisfaction
Creation of service agreements and contracts with the use of templates
Attend client meetings, events, trade shows and document info and follow-ups, inform team of action plan
Client account setup and onboarding
Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
Escalate client issues to appropriate support resources
Keep informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact business activities
Ability to maintain and exceed sales goals

BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Basic understanding of Microsoft business suite software (outlook, excel, word, PP)
Use of templates and scripts while still maintaining a human to human interaction
Must have strong verbal skills and strong customer service acumen
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
Must have sales/lead generation experience

Experience working with Information Technology company
Experience managing the and follow-up of a CEO
