Bogart?s Doughnut Co. is looking for an energetic, organized and experienced store operations manager for its Uptown and Downtown locations.

Responsibilities:
Daily Sales, Production Forecasting and Revenue Management (5% of time)
Responsible for adjusting the daily, weekly and monthly sales and production forecast accounting for day of the week, seasonality and promotional product sales trends
Daily drawer closure, reconciliation and bank deposits
Product Quality & Brand Management (5% of time)
Ensures product taste and look consistency daily
Provides feedback daily to production team members regarding product quality
Responds to customer feedback
Ensures store cleanliness to brand standards
Team Member Talent Management (10% of time)
Includes recurring interviewing, hiring, scheduling, terminating employees
Maintains employee files and records
Develops and ensures staff adherence to standard work definitions and productivity expectations
Training (5% of time)
Ensures staff are trained to perform roles to expectations
Expands team members? competencies to ensure staff can cover multiple operational roles (e.g. counter staff, production, ingredient preparation)
Store Budget Management (10% of time)
Manages team member labor hourly based on daily sales trend to ensure achievement of labor budget
Manages cost of goods sold, shrink/waste to store budget based on sales fluctuations
Supplemental Store Labor (60% of time)
Finished product delivery
Perform staff duties as needed to ensure store labor budget is achieved
Performs back-up doughnut ingredient preparation and production as needed
Maintains store cleanliness and organization in accordance with brand standards
Troubleshoots basic operational problems
Responsible for ensuring coverage of staff ?no shows?
Coordinates third party vendor and distributor deliveries and maintenance
Safety (5% of time)
Ensure stores and team members comply with health and food safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
2 plus years retail food business management experience in accordance with job overview above.
Candidate should be organized, clean and efficient.
Candidate must have a car.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
Required experience:
Food Service Management: 2 years
