Duties include but not limited to painting, drywall, maintaining locks, screens, plumbing fixtures, disposals, air conditioners, and other work needed to help out tenants. Some carpentry and electrical work maybe needed. Hours are Monday thu Friday 8 am-5 pm. Must have 2 years experience, current driver license and tools. $15.00 an hour depending on experience.
