Job Summary: In this key role, you will represent the brand ( Goldenhome kitchen) and Company (Eurocraft Cabinetry Inc) by showcasing and selling our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet monthly sales targets
Work with customers to receive and process all inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner
Identify customer product needs and coordinate products and services to address these needs
Work with customers and inside sales to develop price quotes.
Report back to management through all channels required by manager
Resolve customer issues and product complaints
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Professional sales experience(preferred), reliable transportation
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, customer service oriented, an excellent communicator, and well organized.
Problem solving/ critical thinking
Kitchen cabinet or building material experience and/or related industry knowledge preferred.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
Preferred experience of home design
Education:
College Degree and/or equivalent sales experience required
Salary and training: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + commission.
