Store Manager Overview:
The Store Manager is primarily responsible for the overall profitability for their location which includes meeting and exceeding sales goals and percentages; responsible for relaying all employee-related issues, inventory management, and corporate policy and procedure compliance.
Responsibilities:
Actively interview, recruit, and assess talent
Work with sales employees to increase overall store profitability, exceeding set company goals in each category
Enforce company policies and procedures, operating hours, and disciplines
Observe customer sales interactions with all store employees to provide positive and constructive feedback
Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies, promotions, and trends
Provide customers the best customer experience in wireless
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
2 - 3 years of retail management experience
1 - 2 years of commissioned sales experience
Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Expert knowledge of sales and marketing techniques of product and services
High level of customer service and sales management skills
Advanced knowledge of Point-of-Sale, customer service tracking systems
Financial, inventory, auditing, and performance review reports
Human Resource management techniques and understanding
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $65,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
