EHS is a physician-led health engagement and lifestyle coaching organization that works with employers to provide a unique, highly personalized, face-to-face approach to employee health and well-being. The firm believes they have a new approach to identify and manage health risks in order to have meaningful and sustained positive impact on the health of employees. EHS was founded in November 2009 and is headquartered in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. What is a Navigator? After an employer contracts with EHS, a dedicated, four-person team is assigned to engage employees and provide one-on-one lifestyle coaching.
