CONCIERGE FOR UPSCALE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY/$14 hr Job Opening in los angeles, California - CONCIERGE FOR UPSCALE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY/$14 hr Residential Concierge Lobby Ambassador Locations: Woodland Hills, CA Hours: 4 days per week; Thursday to Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch Description: Residential Hospitality Services, Inc. (RHS) is a residential service amenity at prestigious luxury condominiums and rental properties in California and expending to Arizona and Nevada. A Concierge assists residents with personal and lifestyle services and offers a warm and accommodating environment to their property. We take great pride in our staff and their commitment to providing the highest level in attentive hospitality service to our residential, corporate, and commercial clientele. Specific Duties: Maintain RHS's "Code of Hospitality" including: a professional appearance & demeanor, attentive & accommodating service, a commitment to enhancing residential living experiences, efficient time management, excellent written & verbal communication, tactful & ethical practices. Act as liaison for the Property Management Company to ensure effective communication with residents and contractors/vendors, assisting with resident concerns and and enforcing proper policies & procedures. Facilitate Concierge service requests that may include: restaurant reservations, entertainment tickets, errand services, floral & gift arrangements, god walkers, maids and private transportation, maps & directions, and local events & activities. Qualifications: 2 years of service experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, retail, customer service) Associate Degree preferred Flexible schedule required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) required General knowledge of Woodland Hills and the surrounding communities (neighborhoods, attractions, transportation) To apply, we invite you to send your resume in the body of the email to: PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH YOUR RESUME.
