Office Assistant/Receptionist II Job Opening in Narragansett, Rhode island - Our office seeks an experienced office assistant. Ideal candidate is a quick learner and capable multitasker. We are a small real estate company specializing in seasonal rentals, yearly rentals, and sales. The assistant will be relied upon to complete a variety of office tasks. Responsibilities:
Greeting clients at the front desk.
Answering phone calls.
Sorting and responding to emails.
Inputting lessor and lessee information into database.
Keeping company website and other modes of advertisement up-to-date (Homeaway, , etc.).
Book keeping and accounting skills are a plus.
Other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and fast past.
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office, WordPress, Gmail, Social Media, etc.).
Responding to inquiries and reviewing renter applications.
Showing properties to potential renters.
A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Minimum of one-year experience in the office setting.
Polite and punctual.
Must be willing to work some weekends.
