SP actually purchases the equipment and pays for installation all without the customer only be charged for use.
Now what SP needs are individuals with deep experience in public and quasi-public sales of HVAC / Boilers / Lighting / Pumps and other facility devices across the country.
SP HQ is in Tempe AZ and we have openings. However, if you are looking for something 8 to 5 with a well-balanced life, this is NOT for you. If you are looking for someone to teach you how to succeed, what to do, or technical knowledge, this is NOT for you.

Job Description:
Sustainability Partners is seeking a relentless transaction junkie & Sales Closer.
Our new colleague?s main task will be related to the development and negotiating of deals including creating the financial model of the transaction and coordinating vendors. Markets are perpetual entities like states, counties, cities, schools, hospitals, utilities, military, HOA?s etc.
We are looking for a proactive person that ensures the organization stays lean by always driving for internal efficiency while maintaining an ease of doing business that becomes legendary.
Position responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Take the lead in creating sales proposals and negotiating the sale
- Create and maintain financial models
- Maintain checklists, schedules and other project management tools required to keep the process organized and allow transactions to close quickly
- Assist in the drafting and negotiate transaction documents for a project financing
- Source potential counterparties and maintain database of potential transaction partners

Requirements:
- A financial background with science or engineering education
- An MBA is preferable but not required.
- Mastery of computers (Mac/PC) & Business Software ()
