Property Managers Sales and Marketing Job Opening in Chandler, Arizona - We are looking for a full time Property Manager to work with a team of professionals managing 250+ properties predominately in the East Valley - Sales and Marketing.
Technical Requirements:
Real Estate License
Drivers License
2 years experience as a Residential Property Manager
Computer knowledge required
Knowledge of Arizona Landlord Tenant Act and Fair Housing
Willingness to drive for inspections and prospecting
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Sales/Prospecting
Marketing Tenant screening and placement
Other duties as necessary (vacancy checks, inspections, etc)
People Skills Required:
Solid decision making skills,
Self starter, planner, flexible
Ability to problem solve and reason with people,
Great team player and works well with others
Outgoing personality and ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, agents and tenants
Seeks and accepts criticism in a gracious manner
Able to establish boundaries and promote accountability in a non-provoking manner
Displays tact, cooperation and patience
Salary package including, base salary + commission, 401(k) and profit sharing, other benefits
