Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Chandler, Arizona - The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of hard alloy shapes products to business and industrial establishments.
The Inside Sales Representative?s essential functions include:
Qualify and generate sales.
Ensure responsiveness to inquiries.
Perform timely and accurate order entry.
Follow-up on customer?s usage of the product.
Provide short-term market intelligence and business management input for production planning and scheduling.
Work with management to overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers as needed.
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments related to sales.
Keep management informed of all sales activity, including timely preparation of reports.
Job Requirements of the Insides Sales Representative
EDUCATION Required for the Inside Sales Representative: An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
EXPERIENCE of the Inside Sales Representative:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work in teams.
High attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong PC skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
Previous customer service experience with industrial products is preferred.
A basic understanding of metals and the metal rolling processing is preferred.
