Job Responsibilities and Duties
Work directly with the CEO to plan and achieve sales targets
Conduct sales and profitability analysis
Communicate and strategize with the sales representatives
Continue to expand our sales force
Hands-on product development with both domestic and overseas vendors
Negotiate buying terms with vendors (price, minimums, etc.)
Work closely with the creative department to achieve the most effective catalog presentation for products
Grow business and optimize sales, profitability and service levels by partnering with vendors and inventory planning to develop seasonal buy plans and in-season replenishment strategies

10+ years applicable experience
Must be detail oriented with great follow-up skills and a desire to learn
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be a team player and a self-starter
Able to develop and maintain relationships across organization levels and departments
Bachelor?s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related preferred
Catalog / Internet direct marketing experience strongly preferred
Overseas product development and sourcing experience preferred
Thorough understanding of product costing and gross profit margins preferred
Ability to travel as required.
