Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Job Opening in San Diego, California - Pharmaceutical Sales - Dermatology
Our client is a global leader in pharmaceutical solutions providing prescription products across multiple call points. They are seeking to hire a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to work within multiple specialty departments and build client relationships. The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep role will consist of account management and development, selling to assigned accounts the approved products.
Responsibilities :
Build and maintain client relationships within assigned accounts
Develop and manage sales strategies; support business strategies and growth
Meet/exceed sales goals/quotas and call metrics
Drive new business within client base, setting up routine appointments to identify patient needs
Utilize product knowledge/expertise, market trends, industry/competitor knowledge to manage business opportunities
Demonstrate and present a consultative selling approach.
Prioritize accounts, account influences & time to ensure products/solutions align & produce quality measures
Manage pipelines and forecasts
Maintain PDMA guideline and company policy compliance
Complete all training and assessments as required
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree required
Min. 1-3 years Pharmaceutical Sales experience required, Dermatology and/or topical product specialty experience strongly preferred
Min. 3-5 years Outside B2B sales experience
Documented Sales Success
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving & analytical skills
Offering:
Base Salary $90,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Potential ? 20%, uncapped
Year 1 earnings @ plan $105,000 - $110,000
