Software Developer Job Opening in Pawtucket, Rhode island - Seeking Mid-Sr. Level developer to join small dynamic team in a fast-growing company. Must be able to work in an Agile team environment and be an effective collaborator. You will partner with Product Management to design, develop, and support our flagship web based digital advice and financial planning platform.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Experience with web development with a focus on rich UI component development, JavaScript MVC based frameworks and HTML5.
Experience with Python.
Experience with REST/JSON and SOAP web services.
Excellent SQL skills and ORM/RDBMS concepts.
Strong working knowledge of Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.
Strong working knowledge of System Architecture and Integration Patterns.
Strong mobile (native and/or hybrid apps) experience a plus.
Working knowledge of Talend or other similar ETL products a plus.
Experience authoring design documentation and crafting unit test cases.
