Resident Manager Job Opening in los angeles, California - Resident Manager Resident manager to manage 10 unit low turnover building in West LA, near Wilshire Blvd. and Barrington Ave. (one block North of Wilshire Blvd.) 1 bedroom available. Reduce rent by $600 per month. Must have experience being an apartment manager. No Pet building. Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Collect rents 2. Light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, keep laundry room and common areas clean. 3. Must have flexible hours to accommodate repairmen or building inspector. 4.
