Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Local business in Waipahu is seeking an Accounting Assistant who is detail-oriented and organized to provide full-time support to their accounting team. As the Accounting Assistant you will be in charge of billings, invoices, and reports so we are looking for someone who has a background in accounting and can keep all the details sorted.

Oahu: Leeward
Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly billings
Process accounts payable invoices
Perform data entry on all A/P and A/R duties
Review aging reports
Evaluate procedures and identify areas for improvement
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Previous experience with the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Previous experience with accounting software like Deltek Vision
Exceptional organizational and confidentiality skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
