Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide in Home services to patients with varying care plans and needs
Collaborate and communicate with the care team to create a Plan of Care for each patient
Create and contribute to patients? medical records as needed
Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment
Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Qualifications:
Must have a UT or Compact License for RN or LPN
Vent, Trach,and G Tube experience a plus!
Pediatric Experience a Plus!
Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
Current Car Insurance
Weekend Availability a Plus!
