Assisted Living Nurse Director Job Opening in West Jordan, Utah - Assisted Living Facility looking for a nurse to oversee patient care processes.
Conduct assessment of care and service needs for residents prior to and upon Move-In
Monitor the health status of community residents and complete regular assessments and service plans as needed
Ensure orders are executed with communication of follow up to Healthcare Providers
Complete documentation timely and accurately
Provide orientation training and competencies for care team members
Knowledge of State Regulatory requirements and able to demonstrate clinical compliance
Collaborate with community managers for support of resident and clinical goals
Assist patients with getting that improve their lives.
