Retail Revenue Specialist Job Opening in Minnetonka, Minnesota - POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Revenue Specialist is responsible for researching, processing and payment of post invoice customer activity including ads, spoils, promotions and other miscellaneous customer payments. This position will have regular contact with customers, brokers, sales and customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process payments for assigned customers. This includes rebates, ads, spoils, promotions and other miscellaneous customer payments.
Process check requests or credit memos according to customer specification.
Coordinate weekly customer payment check processing.
Process monthly broker commissions and customer rebates.
Obtain and maintain customer W-9 information.
Maintain files for customer payments and deduction resolution.
Complete and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Two year Accounting degree preferred or two years? experience or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job as those listed above.
Strong oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent data entry and 10 key experience.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word with background in SAP and Trade Promotion Management systems desired.
