Automotive Sales Professional: Buckeye Toyota Job Opening in Lancaster, Ohio - The newly renovated and expanded Buckeye Toyota has grown and is searching for Experienced Sales Consultants to join the Buckeye Family!
The purpose of the Sales Consultant is to ensure an extraordinary customer experience! The Sales Consultant will assist customers in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
Requirements:
This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
Valid driver license
One to two years prior sales experience and/or training. Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
