Custom Home Sales Consultant Job Opening in Lebanon, Ohio - Performance Objectives
Minimum of 2 home sale per month, or Dollar Value of $7mil . annually
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in all business dealings
Be professional in dress, manners, and conduct
Be self-motivated and display initiative.
Knowledge of residential construction industry, and building components
Knowledge of construction doc?s understanding how to read blueprints
Ability to learn all company product lines, included and available options
Ability to learn acceptable change order process and the policy concerning them
Good interpersonal skills and public speaking skills for small groups
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skills to understand and communicate with all office personal
Ability to handle customer objectives in a friendly and professional manner, and identify personality types to accurately respond to customers concerns
Ability to relate to different personality types, design needs, and offer suggestions for customers
Ability to be proactive, possess a positive attitude, and is detailed oriented
Trainable and willingness to change as industry changes
Ability to work with loan officers adjusting paperwork accordingly to help with the financing of the home.
Ability to work with and understand developers, deed restrictions, and other community requirements
Knowledge and understanding of Social media, and how it relates to our business and the direction we are heading.
Major Duties and responsibilities
Realtor Prospecting ? consistently maintaining a strong relationship with realtors through attending meetings and social media.
Customer follow up ? consistently maintaining a relationship with all potential clients, and following up on a regular basis.
Represent the company in a professional manner, and conveys a high level of product knowledge to our customers.
Attains all required meetings and seminars determined by the Sales Manager
Holds model home open during hours required by Sales Manager
Participates in training programs as required.
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
